Aug. 22nd, 2016 10:12 pmI think I may have already mentioned in the past that I've been having in sane appetite problems for months now. Though I think the heat, and eating hot food, is part of it, my anxiety is not helping either.
Right now I'm having some chicken that I genuinely enjoy...but it's so difficult to eat. It feels heavy, but at the same time, I'm still literally starving (because I have barely eaten anything today - it's 10pm now).
I know that meal time hasn't been a priority - in fact, I barely think about it until I'm so hungry that I'm severely uncomfortable, nauseous, and have a splitting head ache. By that time, eating is hard work!
I'm really thinking about purchasing more easy snack-able foods like apples, bananas, crackers, pretzels, cheese, and hummus. This is easy to pick up and eat at any moment, and will hopefully encourage me to eat little bits of food throughout the day.

Date: 2016-08-23 02:27 am (UTC)I also eat dried fruit (mango in particular) but they love to put stuff like sugar and rice flour in dried fruit bags so sometimes finding "clean" ones are difficult. Hmm, otherwise... you could fry a bunch of sausages at once and then wrap them in foil and eat one individually, cold, later. I like sausages with mustard wrapped in cabbage leaves. Lately I've also been eating a ton of this, it's really fast to make: https://twitter.com/magipojken/status/763840922547257345 Then I just put coconut oil or fish liver oil or something on top for further nutrients...

Date: 2016-09-09 02:37 am (UTC)I'm glad you're enjoying the kefir experience.
My new thing is turmeric milk! And, turmeric in general.
Sausages sound good! I like to buy sausages and roast them w/ bell peppers, onion and potatoes in the oven. EZ PZ and very filling. I've been wanting chicken apple sausages that I just drench in maple syrup T_T
