How.'s everyone doing?

Everytime I update my Live Journal I'm like -- here's 20 things that have happened since the last time I was here...so...

Here is like 20 things that have happened since the last time I was here LOLOL

Im a hoot right?

  1. Biggest news: I am having a cycle! If you haven't read any of my previous gibberish, I struggle with infertility. I don't have a cycle (I don't get a period, and I don't ovulate.) BUT, I did this month. It started right at the beginning of the month. I'm on my 5th day now. If the fertilty godesses are all with me, I should ovulate this month. Natrually, you can kick start fertility by eating well and getting some excercise. A lifestyle change usually jolts your lady parts into action. ..

  2. I haven't really been making any serious or drastic changes but...I've been being very good about taking my prenatal vitamins. It helps that I bought the gummy variety. It's easier to take it on a whim. I am also going for a 1-2 hour walk 3 days a week, and introducting more whole wheat into my diet. I started eating a nice bit of brown rice and trying realllly hard  to eat fruit and vegtables every day. No more coffee either! I bought a shit ton of produce this week, including 3 massive bags of spinach. Today I ate a massive papaya. Lol.

  3. I completely fell off the bandwagon with my courses, but I have had decent/steady increase in students regardless because of Black Friday sales. (Did anyone shop? Anything good? Or, do you not support a genocidal holiday following the mindless consumption of goods? :P) Still, I have to keep at it. I've decided to post 5 photos everyday on Instagram, and 1-2 articles on all other platforms. I think a small chunk of time a day commited will make it easier for me to keep it going on a daily. You know, I can't believe how difficult it is to be a housewife. Like on the real, keeping a house and meals cooked is VERY time consuming. And, it's still a mess. Lol. And, I'm still bad at it. I mean, common, we all know being an adult is hard for 20-somethings. Lol. Adulting is hardddd!!!

If you can, everything I read says it's much better to take the same vitamins and minerals naturally rather than in supplement form. Also someone on the "no sugar, no white flour, no processed foods" diet said they were infertile but became fertile after they stopped that stuff (and i think after they started taking fish liver oil when they had butter)... i haven't looked anything else up about it but i meant to PM you with their comment explaining it and then i forgot and lost it.

you should soak all your grains, nuts and seeds for some hours before eating when possible - if you don't know already. this makes them more nutritious, makes them easier to digest and breaks down some of the stuff inside that stops you from taking up some of their vitamins. forgot if i already said this. some require just water or milk but others should be soaked in water + salt or water + sour stuff (i use lime juice). i do it as much as possible now, so ex. i soak my oatmeal overnight and then cook/eat it in the morning.

you could try speech-to-text for the computer, lol

ahhh we can make a book goal together... when do you want your book to be finished? i can pick a book and try to finish it by that time too.

I think I've read the soaking of grain...somewhere. Funny thing, my grandmother used to do this with rice. I'm sure soaking brown rice would make it a lot more pleasant to eat, that and oats. Irish steel cut oats need like a century to soak LOL

Oh yeah, I mean, diet, weight, and overall health is a big factor in fertility. For me, I have hereditary congenital hypothyroidism. If I don't get enough iodine and selenium I basically won't ovulate. I was born with a shit thyroid that doesn't release the right types of hormones to give me a period. I've never had a normal period. I did not know this until...about 2 years ago.

As for a book goal, I've been wanting to be finished for like everrr. T_T I want to get some writing done!!! NAO!
