The only idea I have for a loan, or potental fast and high amount of money gathered in general, is to go ask at different churches and Christian/whatever groups and stuff.
Sadly I can't afford to loan you any money personally either (the amount of money you need is more than I even have in my bank account ;_; I'd definitely loan you the money if I had it though).
Definitely try attaching links to a site like ko-fi (https://ko-fi.com/) on your writing blog and Tumblr in general. I don't know if people pay more attention to youtube videos than text posts this days, a video might help.
Does your grandma have any friends or clubmates or anything like that you could try to contact? Can you contact your grandma in the hospital or is she too out of it? What happens if she dies BEFORE you've gotten all that stuff sorted out? Is there any way you can get some kind of salary in advance from your workplace?
Depending on how much free time you have, crank out/gather up more writing you can just shove into a book and publish on Lulu (the more books you have, no matter what quality, the easier people will find your other books and the more money will come trickling in, stuff like that). If you have photos, pump out a photobook and calendar. By all this stuff, I mean my usual "do the absolute fastest route, don't care about quality, you can always fix the quality later when you're not in such a dire situation".
